Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Custom Orders — All Sales Final
Every custom holster built by Storm Mountain Tactical is made specifically to your firearm, color selection and carry preferences. Because each holster is built to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on completed custom orders.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled before work on the order has begun. Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover payment processing, administrative costs, and materials ordered for the build.
Once work on a custom order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Work on an order may include ordering materials or components specifically for the build, CAD/design work, mold creation, material preparation, forming, or assembly.
Order Issues
We stand behind our work completely. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right:
- If we made an error on your specifications, we will rebuild your holster at no charge.
- If your holster does not properly fit the gun model you specified, we will correct it at no charge.
- Retention can be adjusted at home using the included hardware — contact us and we will walk you through it.
- All issues must be reported to info@stormmountaintactical.com within 30 days of delivery.
Quick Ship Orders — 30 Day Returns
Not the right fit? No problem. Quick ship holsters may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Holster must be unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged photograph it immediately and contact us at info@stormmountaintactical.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
