Processing Time

  • Quick ship orders: 1-2 business days
  • Custom orders: 2-4 weeks depending on current build queue
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all US orders over $100
  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight and location
  • We ship USPS and UPS depending on order size and destination

Domestic Shipping Only

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • No international shipping at this time

Order Tracking

  • Tracking number provided via email once your order ships
  • Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking number

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Storm Mountain Tactical is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • If your package is lost in transit contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours
  • Email us at your business email with photos and order number and we will make it right
